My Story

My journey in fitness started over 10 years ago as a personal and group fitness instructor. My love for helping people achieve their health goals led me to earn an undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With these credentials, I’ve been able to blend creativity and functionality into every workout, ensuring they are not only effective but also enjoyable.
